Returns
Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. For the refund to be eligible the item must be unopened, unused, and in the same conditon as recieved. The product must also be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, perishable goods like matcha powder cannot be returned if opened. We do not accept returns on discounted items.
Refund Process
To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions. Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. Photographic evidence will need to be provided.
Inspection and Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
